Horizon offers a wide range of colours for the food industry:

Dyes: Water soluble dyes for colouring a range of products such as soft drinks, confectionery, desserts, bakery, flavourings, etc. These dyes are available in powder or granular form.

Lakes: Horizon’s lakes offer an extremely high colour-value by ensuring that the particle size of the lakes is extremely fine which produces highly vivid bright colours. Lakes are used in many different applications such as spice blends, confectionery, to colour oils and fats, bakery products, etc.

Oxides: The full range of food grade Iron Oxides and Titanium Dioxide. These are used in a number of applications such as confectionery and pet food.

Natural Colours: We can supply a complete portfolio of natural colours and colouring foodstuffs for all food applications.

Blends: Horizon can offer a full range of dye and lake blends created especially for our customers giving an infinite number of colour possibilities. We can supply blends in powder or liquid form.

Non-specking colours: Our range of colours which are spray-dried onto maltodextrin to eliminate specking of individual colours in the final application.
